OPINION

BENCH, Judge:

T1 Defendant Richard Jaime Yanez appeals his convictions for discharge of a firearm from a vehicle, witness tampering, and possession of a firearm by a restricted person. We affirm.

BACKGROUND 1

12 On May 9, 2000, while driving to work, Robert Maestas observed a young man, later identified as Defendant, crouched down by a bridge. Mr. Maestas also saw an empty, gold-colored Honda idling next to the bridge.
