This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a verdict of $3554 rendered against the two appellants, Ross Nese and Gust A. Katsilas, in an action for malicious prosecution.
The action was brought by Emil A. Strittmatter, Burgess of the Borough of East Pittsburgh, Pa., against the appellants and James Kelley, * who with four other councilmen constituted a majority of the Borough Council.
