Sam Donnell instituted this suit against Mrs. Dovie Talley and the minor and adult children of herself and her deceased husband, W. T. Talley. The object of the suit as stated in appellant’s brief is “for the possession of the assets of the partnership of W. T. Talley and Sam Donnell; for an accounting; for removal of the cloud on the title to said property of said partnership; for injunction restraining defendants from collecting or receiving any of the debts due and owing to said partnership. * * * ” The nature of the suit is perhaps more accurately…
