Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (James W. Hubert, J.), dated February 21, 2014. The judgment, upon a decision of that court dated December 13, 2013, made after a nonjury trial, is in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants in the total sum of $1,183,698.38.
Ordered that the judgment is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof which is in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants Arcedo Valdez and Luchy Fernandez, and substituting therefor a provision dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against those defendants; as so…
