GLADNEY, Judge.
C. S. Lester, defendant and appellant herein, obtained a quitclaim deed from G. R. Pierce, dated July 31, 1951, and duly recorded it in the conveyance records of Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. Pierce had no title to the property described in the deed but had formerly been a trustee of the Marthaville, Louisiana, Holiness Association. The deed recited a consideration of $1.
