Petitioner, Richard Dale Isaak (Dale), appeals the Findings of Fact, *178Conclusions of Law and Order of the First Judicial District Court, Lewis and Clark County, Montana, which distributed Dale’s inherited real property to Lynn M. Isaak (Lynn), required Dale to provide health insurance coverage for the minor child although Dale is unemployed, and ordered Dale to pay Lynn’s attorney fees. Respondent, Judy L.
