Kenneth Relish was convicted of aggravated homicide by vehicle for the death of Thomas Neal under W.S. 6 — 2—106(b)(ii) (Cum.Supp.1993) 1 After trial, Relish filed a motion for a new trial alleging that the prosecution failed to disclose exculpatory evidence. Relish’s motion for a new trial was denied, and judgment and sentence were entered.
