After her Chapter 7 bankruptcy case concluded, Teresa Bushberger (the "Debtor") filed an action against Midland Credit Management, Inc. ("Midland") in the United States District Court for the Eastern *46District of Wisconsin alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (the "FDCPA action"). Because she did not schedule this potential claim in this bankruptcy case, she now seeks a determination that it is a post-petition claim and not property of the estate.
