Much evidence was given on the trial for the purpose of reforming the application for insurance, so that the answers to the questions in regard to the keeping a watchman in the factory should be made to express the understanding of both parties on that subject. But, inasmuch as the learned justice who tried the cause held that the application needed no reformation; that, by its terms, the insured were not bound to keep a watchman in the factory from twelve o’clock on Saturday night until twelve o’clock on Sunday night; the case is relieved of the questions raised on the trial, as to the…
