MEMORANDUM-DECISION and ORDER

BARTELS, District Judge.

Defendant Marat Balagula moves to dismiss the indictment against him, pursuant to § '3162(a)(2) of Title 18 of the United States Code, on the ground that he has not been tried within the time limits established by the Speedy Trial Act. 18 U.S.C. § 3161 et seq.
