This action was brought by plaintiff, Fruehauf Trailer Company, to recover a balance of $336.98 claimed to be due from defendant, Albert M. Lydick, for repairs made to one of his trailers. Defendant filed a counterclaim for damages alleged to have resulted from plaintiff’s wrongful refusal to deliver to him a bill of sale for another and different trailer which he had purchased from the Fruehauf Trailer Company and fully paid for.
