Fredericksburg Orthopaedic Associates (“medical provider”) appeals from the Workers’ Compensation Commission’s (“commission”) denial of its request for payment of $8,966.56 in medical service fees from Fredericksburg Machine & Steel, LLC and its insurer Commonwealth Contractors (collectively, “employer”).
