MINTON, Circuit Judge.
The plaintiff, a citizen of Illinois, appeals from an order of the District Court dismissing his complaint against the defendant, a Delaware corporation, for want of jurisdictional amount.
The plaintiff sued the defendant for commissions alleged to have been earned by him upon the sale for the defendant of certain liquor. The plaintiff was employed as salesman for the defendant, pursuant to an oral contract of employment.
