Greg Phillips appeals the trial court’s summary denial of his motion for postcon-viction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Phillips pleaded no contest to aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in exchange for a negotiated sentence of 88.5 months in prison. Phillips’ offenses occurred within the window provided in Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000).
