MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BESOSA, District Judge.

Defendants have filed two motions in limine before the Court. On March 2, 2011, defendants filed a motion in limine to exclude any physician testimony on the issue of damages. (Docket No. 87). Plaintiffs opposed defendants’ motion on August 26, 2011. (Docket No. 100.) On September 6, 2011, defendants filed another motion in limine to exclude from plaintiffs’ exhibit list the administrative ruling issued after the proceedings held by the Municipality to investigate plaintiffs charges against Randy Rodriguez.
