The complaint in this case was by William Grottendick, against Joseph Mayer, Elizabeth Mayer, Paul Mayer, Caroline Mayer, Barbara Muller, Mathias Muller, Elizabeth Zepf and Kasian Zepf, heirs at law of Alvis Mayer, deceased, to foreclose a mortgage executed by the decedent to the plaintiff.
