This suit alleging wrongful repossession of an automobile by defendants dealer and finance company presents as its primary issue the question of the lawfulness of the retaking of plaintiffs car. If it was unlawful, then we proceed to consider three questions: (1) Does the evidence warrant the amount awarded as actual damages? (2) Was the conduct of defendants so reprehensible as to entitle plaintiff to punitive damages?
