Aaron B. Dupuy, whose DeSoto automobile was damaged by fire while it was in the repair shop of defendant corporation, Graeme Spring Brake Service, Inc., waiting for a mechanic to make certain repairs to its speedometer, brings this suit for $129.95 against said corporation, alleging that to be the amount expended by him in repairing the damage caused by the fire and charging that the said defendant is liable to him for his said loss.
