ERVIN, Judge.

Plaintiffs, owners of real property situated in Woodlake Country Club (Woodlake), appeal a judgment entered by the trial court in favor of Defendants, Woodlake Partners, LLC, and Woodlake Partners, Limited Partnership, the owner and developer of Wood-lake. Plaintiffs sought, among other things, a declaration that Defendants’ imposition of a lake access fee charged to those Woodlake property owners desiring boating privileges was contrary to law and could not be enforced. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the trial court’s judgment.
