This is an appeal by the defendant, a fraternal benefit association, from a judgment rendered against it on a life insurance certificate, alleging error of the trial court in overruling demurrer to plaintiff’s evidence, making rulings excluding evidence of *513the defendant, giving erroneous instructions, and overruling motion for new trial.
