Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Torraca, J.), entered April 20, 1995 in Ulster County, which denied defendant’s motion to vacate a default judgment entered against it.
Plaintiff commenced this action in June 1989 seeking to recover moneys allegedly owed it for goods and services supplied to defendant. Defendant answered and asserted various affirmative defenses and counterclaims.
