On May 4, 1926, Austin H. Dwight, a resident of Kalamazoo, died testate. His last will and testament was regularly admitted to probate in Kalamazoo county, and Herbert W. Parker first qualified and acted as executor until his death on September 10, 1928. Thereafter, the Kalamazoo Trust & Savings Bank, later designated as the Bank of Kalamazoo, was appointed administrator de bonis non with will annexed of the estate of Austin H. Dwight.
