SUMMARY ORDER

Defendant-Appellant Gary Bogle appeals from a January 11, 2011 judgment of conviction entered by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Gershon, /.). Following a jury trial, Bogle was convicted of one count of possessing a firearm and ammunition after having been convicted of a felony, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g) & 924(e)(1), and one count of possessing body armor after having been convicted of a violent felony, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 931(a) & 924(a)(7).
