This is a~proceeding to determine the effect, of certain provisions of the last will and testament of John W. Porter, deceased. Plaintiffs have briefed the case, but there has been no appearance in this court in behalf of defendants. Under such circumstances, by the provisions of Rule 7, and decisions based thereon, this case might well be reversed alone upon the showing made in plaintiffs’ brief.
