11 This boundary action involving the ownership of immovable property and damages is again before us on remand from the Supreme Court for review of the issues regarding damages which were not addressed in an earlier appeal. Loutre Land and Timber Co. v. Roberts, 10-2327 (La.5/10/11), 63 So.3d 120. The defendant’s actions in attempting to construct a boundary fence were conducted on property owned entirely by plaintiff some distance away from the now established boundary between the parties’ tracts.
