These are two suits in equity brought to recover certain property, or its value, to which the plaintiffs claim title.

The “Order of United American Men of North America” is a national, fraternal corporation organized for social and *266benevolent purposes. Subordinate to the national organization, State councils have been incorporated under the laws of various States.
