OPINION

MILLS, District Judge.

Candy Jenkins was indicted and charged with one count of possession with the intent to distribute fifty (50) grams or more of cocaine base (“crack”) in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).

Jenkins pleaded not guilty, was tried by a jury, and found guilty.

On April 17, 2002, the district court sentenced her to 121 months of imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release.
