This is an action of trespass to try title brought by plaintiffs in error against defendant in error to recover an undivided one-half of the T. R. Edmond-son 1,476-acre survey in Hardin county. The original petition -was filed on September 12, 1909, and the second amended petition, upon which the case was tried, on October 11, 1911.
