| iKM., a child, was adjudicated delinquent for the offense of simple assault pursuant to La. R.S. 14:38 and was committed to 90 days in the custody of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections; the execution of the commitment was suspended in favor of six months of active probation, to run concurrent with any other disposition. Additionally, the judge assessed a $55.00 court processing fee payable to the judicial expense fund of the juvenile court, in addition to a $150.00 probation fee. K.M. appeals.
