This is a civil rights action which raises novel constitutional challenges to several ordinances of the City of Detroit.

Two of the plaintiffs, DONALD MORGAN and MARVIN RIELI, are owners of Detroit business establishments which were operated as a massage parlor and a nude photographic studio. The remaining plaintiffs were employees of these two establishments.…
