GLASSMAN, Justice.

The defendant, Bonnie J. Green, appeals from a summary judgment granted to the plaintiffs, Drs. Federick B. Lidstone, John A. James, K.C. Leong, and Miguelito Cabe-lin, by the Superior Court, Androscoggin County. We agree with the court’s finding that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact, thereby entitling the plaintiffs to judgment as a matter of law. Accordingly, we affirm the judgment.
