*910In a child custody proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, the mother appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County (Joseph, J.), dated November 3, 2011, which, upon her default in answering or appearing, and, in effect, upon the denial of her motion to dismiss the petition for lack of personal jurisdiction, granted the father’s petition for custody of the parties’ child.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
