On a trial by jury, in the criminal court of Cook county, plaintiff in error, Merwyn Tillman, was found guilty of the murder of Frank Hubbard. After- overruling various motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment the court entered judgment on the verdict. Plaintiff in error was sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of twenty years, in accordance with the verdict of the jury. He has sued out the writ of error in this case to review that judgment.
