Appeal by the People, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Robinson, J.), dated April 20, 1994, as granted those branches of the defendants’ omnibus motions which were to dismiss the indictment for lack of legally sufficient evidence.

Ordered that the order is reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, those branches of the defendants’ omnibus motions which were to dismiss the indictment for lack of legally sufficient evidence are denied, the indictment is reinstated, and the matter is remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for…
