This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in justice’s court upon the verdict of a jury, for $108 damages, and $15 costs, in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant. The correctness of the judgment depends largely upon the construction that should be given to a written contract under which plaintiff worked defendant’s farm on shares for a term beginning February 1, 1909, and' ending February 1, 1910.
