1Opinion of the Court

In a child custody proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, the appeal is from a dispositional order of the Family Court, Westchester County (Scancarelli, J.), entered March 24, 1988, which, after a fact-finding hearing, awarded custody of the child to the petitioner, the natural mother of the child.

Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, without costs or disbursements, the petition is denied, the appellant is awarded custody of the child, and the matter is remitted to the Family Court, Westchester County, for a hearing to determine the petitioner’s visitation rights.
