Presently before the court is Migdalia Magriz (“Magriz”) and Silvia Rivera’s (“Rivera”) (collectively “plaintiffs”) motion for preliminary injunction and memorandum in support thereof, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 65. Docket No. 23. Plaintiffs claim they have been unjustly disciplined and expelled from their union in violation of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (“LMRDA”) 29 U.S.C. § 401 et seq.
