Introduction.

The instant matter is before the Court by way of a complaint filed by AT & T Universal Card Services (“AT & T”) against debtor Cheuk Hon Wong (the “Debtor”). AT & T brings this suit under § 523(a)(2)(A) of the United States Bankruptcy Code (“Code”), 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-1330, seeking to except from the Debtor’s discharge a certain debt which arose from the Debtor’s use of an AT & T Universal Gold MasterCard.
