Defendants were found guilty after jury trial of breaking and entering of a building with intent to commit larceny. MCLA 750.110; MSA 28.305. The alleged crime was the breaking and entering of a building to steal snowmobiles. On May 11, 1972, defendant Ross was sentenced from three to ten years in prison and on May 12, 1972, defendant Carroll was sentenced from two to ten years in prison. Defendants now raise seven issues on appeal.
