I. INTRODUCTION
Appellants Marone Acee (“Acee”) and Boulder Meadows, Inc. (“Boulder Meadows”) (collectively, “Appellants” or “Debtors”) appeal a decision by U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Diane Davis, finding that Appellants did not qualify as “family farmers” under 11 U.S.C. § 101(18) and were therefore ineligible for Chapter 12 protection.
