—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Harrington, J.), rendered January 30, 1992, convicting him of burglary in the first degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
