Plaintiff-trustee brought this adversary proceeding seeking to avoid debtor’s preferential transfer to defendant. The cross motions for summary judgment of plaintiff-trustee and defendant came on for hearing before the court on August 3, 1987. The court finds this matter constitutes a core proceeding within the meaning of 28 U.S.C. Section 157(b)(2)(F).
