FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

GEORGE L. PROCTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.

This case came before the Court upon a Motion to Avoid Judicial Lien filed by the debtors. The debtors seek to avoid the judicial Hen claimed by Steven W. Connor and Jane S. Connor (claimants) against the debtors’ real property. After a hearing on March 29, 1995, the Court enters the following findings of fact and conclusions of law.
