The defendant was charged by information, in three counts, with the crime of bribery in violation of RCW 9.18.020 (cf. Rem. Rev. Stat., § 2321). The jury returned a verdict of guilty on all three counts. He then *802moved for a new trial, and the motion was denied. From the judgment and sentence pronounced against him on the verdict, defendant has appealed.
