ROWLEY, Judge:

Appellant entered guilty pleas to one count each of robbery, burglary, theft, criminal conspiracy, terroristic threats and unlawful restraint. He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for not less than two nor more than ten years on the burglary charge and a consecutive term of ten years *501probation for robbery. Sentence on all other counts was suspended. Appellant’s motion for modification of sentence was denied without a hearing. He has filed a direct appeal to this court from the judgment of sentence.
