This proceeding was brought under article ,6-A of the Village Law (Cons. Laws, ch. 64) for an order to review a decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of East Hampton in the county of Suffolk. Section 179-b of the statute provides: “Any person or persons, jointly or severally aggrieved by any decision of the board of appeals * * * of the village, may present to a court of record a petition, duly verified, setting forth that such decision is illegal, in whole or in part, specifying the grounds of the illegality.
