In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondent State Commissioner of Social Services which, after a statutory fair hearing, affirmed a determination of the local agency to reduce petitioner’s public assistance grant to recover alleged overpayments, the petitioner appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vaccaro, J.), dated November 7, 1979, as dismissed the petition.
