Before this Court is Defendants' Chace Drydock, LLC ("Chace Drydock"), Southeastern New England Shipbuilding Corporation ("SENESCO"), Malcolm G. Chace ("Chace"), Thomas E. Gardner ("Gardner"), and Frederick G. Frost III ("Frost"), who will be collectively referred to as the "Chace Defendants," Partial Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Super. R. Civ. P. Rule 12(b)(6).
