ERICKSTAD, Chief Justice.

Christine Cook appeals from an order of the district court of Cass County accepting a referee’s findings of fact and conclusions of law which granted a motion by Lon Cook for modification of a judgment and decree of divorce. 1 We affirm.

Christine Cook and Lon Cook were granted a divorce by the district court on March 31, 1982. The divorce judgment provided in part, pursuant to a “property settlement agreement” incorporated into the judgment by the court, that Christine have sole custody of the parties’ two children and that Lon pay to Christine, “for alimony and child…
