Appellant Simeon Robinson (Robinson), pro se, appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (trial court). The trial court’s order decreed that the City of Philadelphia (City) could sell Robinson’s real property located at 618-620 Jefferson Street (Property) free and clear of all liens and encumbrances based upon tax delinquencies, which, together with interest, penalties, and other charges, the trial court deemed to be $9,333.78 at, the time it issued the order.
